HE Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Sayed, Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs, and HE Jacob Helberg, U.S. Under Secretary of State for Economic Affairs, signed the declaration. This agreement aims to secure global supply chains, especially in semiconductors, AI, and digital technologies.

Qatar’s participation aligns with its goal to be a regional and global leader in advanced technologies. The agreement also supports Qatar National Vision 2030 and the Third National Development Strategy (2024-2030), fostering a competitive, sustainable digital economy.
